Absolutely phenomenal service! I brought in transmission gears and differential assemblies that needed new bearings pressed on. Alignment Specialties completed the work the same day, and every bearing was installed perfectly. After reassembling the transmission, the grinding noise was completely gone. Their precision and attention to detail gave me the confidence to tackle the rest of the repair knowing the pressing work had been done right. If they treat a DIY customer’s project this well, I have every confidence they’ll take excellent care of your vehicle. Highly recommended!

I was having drifting/wondering issues with my 2019 Tundra TRD PRO at highway speeds. It has done it since new. Had a factory alignment done at the dealership and it still did it. They told me it was because of how soft the suspension is on the PRO model. I talked to Matt at Alignment Specialties, who also drives a Toyota Tundra, and right away he told me he knows Toyotas extremely well and what adjustments can be done. After one appointment/adjustment, there is a night and day difference in how well my truck drives! I LOVE driving this truck now. 75mph all the way to Medford, I felt like my truck is glued to the pavement. Great place. Very reasonably priced too!

They did an excellent job on my car. Everything is on point, very easy people to deal with and very experienced. Highly recommended, especially if you have a nice sports car, lowered vehicle, exotic car

Would give higher rating if I could. Expert knowledge on the intricacies and complex fundamentals of vehicle alignment. Most Subaru owners know how important it is to keep the symmetrical AWD system in alignment, along with making sure the tires wear evenly. Another shop said they couldn’t figure out why they couldn’t get my lifted Subaru Outback in alinement. This shop had zero problems and did it very quickly. The fact that word “alignment” was in the shop name, I had high expectations. They did not disappoint. I get excited when I find a quality business with honest owners, this place is great. They gained a loyal customer, thank you.

Save yourself the trouble and go to Alignment Specialties first. The extra wait to get in and slightly higher price are well-worth getting it done right the first time. I learned the hard way after taking my beloved Miata GT to the Les Schwab down the street first, where I got in sooner and was out the door for less $$, but was left with a real disappointment. The work LS did was half-assed at best: a wrong diagnosis and a workaround with the terrible tradeoff of a very off-center steering wheel. I was not given the option of work refusal, either; the tech did the shoddy work anyway, and I paid for a canted steering wheel and was gaslit into thinking there was no other way to get my car aligned. Bill and Matt, the father-son team behind Alignment Specialties, corrected all of LS’s blunders. And not only is my car aligned, the steering wheel is on-center. Seeing Bill and Matt work together so harmoniously was a sight to behold. The expertise and pride in their work were evident in the results.
